CONTRACT TERMS
The booking takes effect upon receipt of the 25% deposit for of rental cost.A supplement of 30.00 Euros/per person for linen hire and 130.00 Euros for end of term housekeeping.These sums are payable by cheque or bank transfer to the following account (transfer costs covered by customer): SARL LE BEAU MAZOT Banque : Crédit Agricole des Savoie à Chamonix /Code Banque : 18106 / Code Guichet : 00022 / N°cpte 96702217226 / Rib : 38 / IBAN : FR76 1810 6000 2296 7022 1722 638 Code BIC : AGRIFRPP881 GUARANTEE : A guarantee of 1'000.00Euros is required (cheque or credit card slip which will not be cashed-in) at the beginning of the stay. In case of any deteriorations, damages, restoration or housecleaning costs will be deducted from this guarantee if the household is not left in a correct state. In case of the contrary the guarantee will be returned after inspection 15 days after departure.
TOURIST TAX : The communal tourist tax in vigour is not included in the rental price. This tax amounts to 1.50 Euro per person per night and is payable on lodger’s site. CANCELLATION : In any case of cancellation, partial or in whole, the 25% deposit remains the possession of the lodger no matter what circumstance. In case of cancellation is within less than 21 days before the start of the stay the resting balance will be claimed by the lodger.In case of interruption of the stay no reimbursement will be made by the lodger who guards the right to consider the rental not respected if the tenant has not arrived or occupied the premises with 48 hours of the foreseen reservation date or failed to inform the lodger of the within due time; no matter what the circumstance the delay is not deductible. In the event that the tenant should leave after the hour indicated, a supplement days rent will be demanded by the lodger. OBLIGATIONS : The titled tenant will conform to the following conditions whilst occupying the premises:The chalet is non-smoking with a capacity for 8 people. The tenant will not exceed this capacity with out prior authorization from the owner. INSURANCE : We advise tenants to contract cancellation coverage with their insurance company.The tenant will engage to incur an insurance against liable damages of any nature gendered by their own responsibility with an approved insurance company. LITIGATIONS : Any litigation or disputes will be covered by the court of Bonneville only. |
